Scott Anetsberger is one lucky guy. The Illinois native just sratched his way to his second $1 million lottery win in ten years!

“I won $1 million about nine years ago from the Merry Millionaire game,” Anetseberger said in a statement.

Anetsberger bought the $20 winning "Merry Millionaire" scratch ticket from J&P Food Store  in the Villa Park section of Chicago where he's a regular customer. (The store will receive $6,000 from his after-tax winnings.)

 “He plans on using his winnings to pay bills and send his two younger children to college,” Lottery officials said.
