According to her rep, Mandy Moore made it official on Tuesday with her beloved Ryan Adams.

"The singer-actress, 24, and Adams, 34, applied for a marriage license on Tuesday afternoon at the Chatham County Probate office in Savannah," according to a court source, who adds that the famous couple went unrecognized.

Now tell me, why would such a pretty girl settle for this guy? Mandy, you're young. No need to panic. I guess it's too late now.

The two recently announced their engagement after having dated on and off for about a year.

Mandy appears on next months cover of Marie Claire with a front page headline stating, "Mandy Moore engaged! New soulmate, new sound." Guess that's pretty null now.
