Marilyn Manson Regrets Dumping Dita Von Teese
Dita responds with "Duh."
When shock-rocker Marilyn Manson married burlesque princess, Dita Von Teese, I was torn between quiet acceptance and utter disgust. On the one hand, they had the same interests (naked ladies and a passion for wearing lots of makeup), but on the other hand... HAVE YOU SEEN MARILYN MANSON? But not knowing what an amazing thing he had, Manson messed the whole thing up by leaving his dainty little wife for Evan Rachel Wood.
Yes, leaving an accomplished career woman who seems to be fairly stable and sure of herself for a rather unstable 19-year-old actress, Evan Rachel Wood. After his divorce, Manson did such classy things as film an X-rated video for one of his singles with Wood, and Von Teese did things like launching her own bra and makeup lines. Different career choices, friends.
Well, in late-2008, Wood realized that dating a has-been rocker might not be the best move in her budding movie career (only to be linked later with has-been actor and co-star, Mickey Rourke), so she "decided to take some time apart," from Manson.
So what does Marilyn do? Apparently, he rings up his old flame, Dita, and begs her to get back with him. Dita has spoken out recently, saying:
"He's been in touch a little. The apologies come, and he was like, 'I made a big mistake'. And I'm like, 'Yeah, yeah, I know. Go ahead and say what you need to say to feel better and to sleep at night.' Right now I’ve got three (men). They're all in different parts of the world... That's my biggest sin - juggling men."
That's not a sin, Dita, that's called being single. You keep juggling your men, and Manson can keep juggling his... well I'll leave it at that.
