Marilyn Manson is Back With a New Album

So he's not everyone's favorite person. But he certainly has a following and many are excited Marilyn Manson is back with a new album, The High End of Low.

At the end of 2008, Marilyn Manson made an announcement. Among other things, he said, "Get over the holiday so I can happily ruin the new year for anyone that assumed music was going to stay boring and sweet." You know when Marilyn Manson is around, things will not be staying boring and sweet. And with his new album, The High End of Low, Manson stays true to himself.

Marilyn Manson describes the new album as his response to his breakup with Evan Rachel Wood. And with songs like "Leave a Scar," "I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies," and "I Have To Look Up Just To See Hell," we understand it must have been a tough breakup. But allegedly the two are back to dating again, so maybe she's really feeling the album.

Lots of people have actually been describing Marilyn Manson's new album as more "bubbly" than his past music, but if this is what "fun" is, we are very, very scared to see Marilyn Manson angry.
