Some people define excercise as walking from the car to the bar back to the car. J. Lo, Matthew McConaughey, Anna Kournikova, Felicity Huffman, and William H. Macy compete in (and finish) the Nautica Malibu Triathlon.

What an unlikely celeb trend, considering triathlons are punishing drama.

In a triathlon, first you swim a half-mile followed by a 18-mile bike ride. Then when you think you might die, it's time to run four miles. The Ironman triathlon in Hawaii requires a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26-mile run.

We're impressed. We don't even like riding in a car for 26 miles.
