Meghan McCain's "Dirty Sexy Politics" Is Out
Cracking the code
Meghan McCain's favorite topics are probably her boobs, weight, and Republicans, in that order, but that didn't stop her from opening up about an additional subject in her new memoir--Sarah Palin and her family. While Meghan hasn't commented on her before, it looks like she's comfortable letting it all hang out for a paycheck.

Meghan McCain, who identifies as a moderate Republican but supports gay marriage and abortion, is doing the rounds to get the word out about her book, Dirty Sexy Politics. After reading book excerpts, we're not sure where Meghan got the "dirty" and "sexy" parts. It's more like "catty" and "boring," to be honest. As the daughter of Sen. John McCain, there's no doubt that she couldn't say everything on her mind.
But apparently Sarah Palin wasn't totally off-limits, because Meghan McCain commented that Palin made her feel "conflicted."
"I mean she brought so much momentum and enthusiasm to the campaign... you saw the crowds double and you saw a lot more women coming to the rallies," Meghan commented, adding in her book that "The Palins were nice and down-to-earth. I've said that before. And I mean no disrespect to them when I say this, but when they arrived from Alaska and unpacked their bags, they brought dramas, stress, complications, panic, and loads of uncertainty."

Dirty Sexy Politics, which hit stores yesterday at around $25, sounds like a snore. I'd rather read Tim Gunn's memoir any day, but at least we found the "sexy" part of McCain's memoir:
"We wondered whether the Five Brothers, the nickname for the Romney sons, could handle the constant drinking and swearing that went on in our campaign - the press corps included. Not to mention all the tawdry stories about crazy-sex you never read about."
That's probably as sexy as it gets, folks. Is Meghan McCain's Dirty Sexy Politics worth the price tag?
