With the New Year around the corner, it's time to make some resolutions. Many of us think about improving our career, education, income as well as the usual "be healthier" resolutions. That made us curious about how women are doing in their quest to improve themselves? The results were inspiring because women have made incredible strides and are earning more than ever! Although studies show that female breadwinners feel guilt, that's not stopping them from making things happen in the workplace.

With incredible role models like Hillary Clinton, Sarah Palin, Oprah, and Angelina Jolie, women are coming out on top. Did you know that the number of women and men in the workforce is almost even for the first time in history? Women have made incredible strides and are earning more than ever.
