According to the official biographer of the gloved one, Michael Jackson may need a new lung in order to survive. Jackson, who just turned 50 in August (yes, 50) suffers from a rare lung disease that can be fatal. He also has emphysema and chronic gastrointestinal bleeding. The dude is falling apart.

In addition to his breathing and digestive issues, Jacko can barely see. 95% of his vision in his left eye is gone.

So let's get this straight: can't breathe, can't see, can't eat. What can he do?
