Michael Lohan Determined to Find Lindsay's Burglar
Michael Lohan lashed out over repeated break-ins to his daughter Lindsay's home. "I’m sick of people bugging my daughter and using her.
This is not the first time she’s been robbed," he said. Lindsay's home was burgled in the early hours of Sunday. Her mother Dina told People magazine: "The safe was ripped out of the wall, and the door was off the hinges and door handles removed. Bags, shoes and jewelry were taken too." The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating. Michael said: "I'm working with the police but at the same time, I have my own people. I’ve hired private investigators and I’m going to work my own investigation and find out who did this," Michael said. He refused to comment further on the nature of the break-in for fear of impeding the official police inquiry. Dina, meanwhile, said she was glad her daughter was not home at the time. It also appears LiLo had plans to move house even before the latest incident. "We are moving her to a safer place," Dina said. "Ali [Lindsay's sister] and Linds just left me in New York, and left people in charge to pack." Michael said: "[Lindsay] is not OK. She's very upset and feels extremely violated. I’m just happy Ali and Lindsay weren’t home at the time. But I feel that they were kept out of the house for a reason. This was definitely an inside job."
