Miley Cyrus Lawsuit Dismissed For Offensive Asian Gesture

We reported that Miley Cyrus recently upset the public with an insult against homosexuals at a concert in Kentucky. However we remind you that the incident immediately follwed a case in which a group of Asians in Los Angeles wanted to bring a suit against Cyrus for a gesture she made in a photo which is being considered offensive.
A woman named Lucie Kim filed the suit after seeing a photo of Miley Cyrus with a group of friends in a restaurant. In the pic, some members of the group are making a slanting gesture with their eyes, indicating that perhaps the restaurant they were in was Asian? Anyway, Kim said she was suing Miley Cyrus on behalf of all the Asians in Los Angeles, but a judge has seen the photo as a silly teenage prank.
The whole thing has been dismissed...for now. But Lucie Kim has said that she may in fact file an appeal and that Miley Cyrus should have known that the photo would hit the public.
