Miley Cyrus' Sweet 17th Birthday Party
Miley Cyrus' birthday is Monday -- surprise!
Miley Cyrus may have been born on November 23, 1992, but she's an 80s baby at heart. Last week friends threw an elaborate surprise birthday party for Miley Cyrus at New York City's Canal Room -- and while 17's no milestone, this bash will be hard to top!
The Canal Room was reportedly decked out for Miley's birthday, complete with a massive birthday cake designed by TLC's Cake Boss star, Buddy Valastro. The cake rocked out with Madonna-style 80s lace, lots of purple and a mini-stage for Miley. The cast from Broadway's Rock of Ages dropped by for a performance (what?!), and somehow the whole surprise pulled off without a hitch.
Miley also enjoyed a birthday party at home in Nashville, and mom Tish Cyrus has confirmed that bash splashed an 80s theme as well. Tish has told People, "[Miley] loves the ‘80s ... The fashion, the big hair -- she thinks it's so funky."
Miley Cyrus loves the 80s...but does she love Liam Hemsworth? She finally hinting publicly at their relationship, and indeed Hemsworth was present at Miley's NYC birthday celebration...although, even if you weren't dating the girl, wouldn't you be there too?
