Eastern Kentucky genetics + overinflated sense of self-importance + more money than a Colombian drug lord = the Cyrus family. I grew up around people just like them, only they weren't millionaires. They were insipid, hillbilly yahoos with four names and the same predisposition for stupidity as little Miley. You can't breed the trash out of some people.

This is the difficulty of promoting young girls to sell products; when they grow up -- with little education, with the values they learned from the show business crowd they have been hanging around, and with gazillion$ -- they will stay in the limelight and begin acting like the drunk sluts they have become.
Parents who expose their children to Disney's corrupt, immoral product will get this jolt every single time. Disney's child actors are raised by wolves.
