We reported Monday that a sex video of country singer Mindy McCready was set to release on April 19 from the porn distribution company Vivid Entertainment. Here's the thing: clips of the Mindy McCready video have leaked...and she's pulling out all the stops to stop it.

Mindy McCready's lawyer has placed a cease and desist order to do away with the Mindy McCready sex video. It's said the video (which we've seen a clip of -- raunchy!) "never intended for sale or public distribution."

However, it looks like it's too late. In it, an interviewer asks Mindy McCready, 34, what she thought of sex with married baseball pro Roger Clemens and her ex-fiance, Superman actor Dean Cain. McCready is also seen participating in intercourse with a male co-star...is there any wonder she doesn't want the tape to come out?
