Naomi Watts in Mid-Air Tumble

Naomi Watts took a tumble during a flight and had to be wheeled off the aircraft. The actress was on her way to start a vacation with her family in Italy when she fell on a flight to Naples.

She needed a wheelchair to leave the plane. Watts was wheeled from the craft with her elder son, Alexander, on her lap and appeared upright and fine. She was pushed by airport staff. She made a quick recovery and joined her partner, Liev Schreiber, who is father to her two sons. The pair were spotted diving into the Mediterranean off the Amalfi Coast. They were also seen at a romantic al fresco restaurant enjoying spaghetti. The pair are set to attend the Giffoni Film Festival along with Australian director Baz Luhrmann and US stars, Christina Ricci and Eva Mendes.
