New 'Kegel' Panties Promise Better Sex!
But Are they Inventive or Invasive?
For decades, Kegel exercises have been recommended to women to help strengthen and tighten the muscles in their pelvic floors. The benefit: more control over your bladder... and hotter sex. Experts generally advise women to do three to four sets of ten Kegels a day.
Now a company called PantyO is looking to make things even easier for us. They've just released a set of women's briefs that contain a one-inch silicone "extension" that's meant to be inserted inside to optimize the results of Kegels. Think of it as a little vaginal weight.
A regular set of PantyO briefs retails for $53. A blinged-out set with Swarovski crystal detailing: $85. You know, just in case you're looking to show them off at a nightclub.

Their inventor, Dayna Garrett, admits she has no medical background, but that her gynecologist loved the idea. Not exactly an FDA endorsement, but, hey, we are talking about underwear here.
Take heed, men. Garrett hasn't forgotten about you. She's currently developing a men's line that she claims will benefit guys in a different way. It will, she says, have it's own special feature.
We can hardly wait to see what that may look like.
