This could be just the break Lindsay Lohan needs. You know, so her life can go back to "normal" for just a little bit. A witness has stepped forward to say there's no way Lindsay should be charged with a felony. Why not? Well, obviously Michael Lohan has all the details.
Michael tells RadarOnline.com, "A man contacted Lindsay's camp and told them he went into the jewelry store way before Lindsay did and was interested in buying the necklace... They told him it was $800." Whoa! So, you know what that means, right?
.
Michael continues, "This witness will completely exonerate Lindsay and prove that the necklace isn't worth $2,500, and prove that she shouldn't have been charged with a felony." Yes, this is huge news for Lindsay since it could mean she won't be charged with a felony. But still, this doesn't mean didn't steal a piece of jewelry. It just means she stole a cheaper piece of jewelry.

Lindsay is due back in court February 23, so we'll have to wait and see how everything plays out.
