Well this certainly puts a twist on the Halle Berry-Gabriel Aubry story. Just a couple weeks ago, months after their split, we saw Berry and Aubry traveling abroad together...but Halle's just thrown us a curveball. A new report reveals that she's now hooking up with her co-star from "Dark Tide," Olivier Martinez.

Olivier Martinez is the sexy French actor whose father was a Spanish pro boxer. Martinez's big break happened in 1993 in the French film "Un, Deux, Trois, Soleil" (One, Two, Three, Sun), after which he received the Cesar Award for Most Promising Actor.

To date Olivier Martinez's film successes have happened mostly in French films, but he did appear with Cameron Diaz and Tom Cruise in "Knight and Day." So what does Halle Berry see in him? Um, a delicious French accent to start...plus, at 44 years old, Martinez is a little closer to Halle's same life stage than Gabriel Aubry was.

And it's said that the working partnership between Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez is really...working. During a recent break from the set of "Dark Tide" the pair strolled through Paris, where a witness reports having seen them getting cozy outside a flea market: "They had their arms around each other as they walked ... They were both smiling and laughing Their body language was very flirtatious. They definitely seemed like a couple -- absolutely looked like more than friends."

Absolutely -- because they kissed. The witness on Olivier Martinez's going-in-for-the-kill: "It was the classic ‘I'm going to kiss you here in a dark corner' move." And Halle didn't fight him, says the onlooker. "She was waiting to be kissed."
