Paris Hilton Busted By Cops For 4 a.m. Party

Paris Hilton has pissed off her neighbors again.

A report has emerged that Paris Hilton threw a massive party Thursday night, so out of control that at 4 a.m. neighbors' houses were practically shaking.

So the nabes called the cops who dispatched to Hilton's residence, but by the time the LAPD arrived around five, the noise had stopped completely.

Paris Hilton had been out on the town with her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt and sister Nicky earlier that night. By the way Paris and Doug were carrying on in the car, it was clear they were looking for a party.

Neighbors aren't the only ones upset with Paris Hilton at the mo -- PETA also has a beef with her for the purchase of her new teacup pig.

It's reported that back in May, cops went to Paris' house twice in one week for noise complaints. Shhh!
