We'd like to find out. Patrick McDreamy Dempsey presented the new Subaru Outback on Friday in Madrid, Spain. Looking slick in a leather jacket and jeans, Dempsey created a stir by leaning up against the car and striking a debonair pose.

Subaru chose Dempsey for the campaign because he's hot -- er, because the 2010 Subaru Outback features some kind of killer motor, and apparently Dempsey is into fast cars and big engines and cute boy stuff like that.
The Dempsey-loves-Subaru presentation took place at Madrid's Milk Studio, an event and shoot location space that's franchised across Europe and the U.S.
