Paula Abdul Joining Australian Idol?

If America won't take her, it's quite possible that Australia will. It appears that American Idol Australia has made Paula Abdul an offer. Will she take it?

We don't really see Paula Abdul accepting an offer to be a judge on Australian Idol if she's not going to do American Idol. Unless, of course, they offer her lots of money. Allegedly, they have the offer down in writing, but we have no word on just how much it is for. Would they offer her more than we're offering here in the U.S.?

Australian Idol is an extremely similar show to the American Idol in America, so Paula wouldn't have a problem learning what to do. It looks like Idol in Australia has the perfect spot for Paula. They just fired one of their judges, Kyle Sandilands over a radio controversy he was involved in. And they're looking for a third judge to join Marcia Hines and Ian Dickson. Could it be Paula?

We're still hearing rumors it's possible she'll come back to American Idol last minute, so we're still holding out hope for that!
