Prosecutors to Charge Charlie Sheen with Felony

Charlie Sheen's not out of the woods yet, despite his co-workers insisting that he's a totally cool guy and that he would never do anyone wrong at work. Hmmmm. Sheen, arrested in Aspen on charges of domestic violence, is expected to appear in court today or Monday.

PopEater reports:

"Following a Christmas Day incident where Charlie Sheen allegedly assaulted his wife Brooke Mueller, the Two and a Half Men star will be charged with felony menacing and misdemeanor assault."
