Easter Recipe: Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

If you're looking to shake up your Easter eats, we have just the (yummy) thing! Bacon cinnamon rolls.

If you're a bacon fan, this may just be the holy grail of sweet and savory brunch snacks, because even you cinnamon roll purists would be hard-pressed to deny how scrumptious they are.

Here's the deal though -- whether you think this is tasty or not, there's not a lot of risk involved. Try 'em, you'll love 'em.

They don't have to be made from scratch, rather, get the cinnamon rolls in a can and roll two strips of bacon into each one before baking. has a great rundown of how exactly you get the bacon into each roll ... it's actually not as painful as you would think.

Here's her how-to:


1 package Pillsbury "Grands" Cinnabon rolls

1 package of bacon


- Fry the bacon until it's begun to crisp but is still flexible. Drain.

- Unroll the dough, top with two strips of bacon, roll back up.

- Place the rolls into a greased pan and bake as directed.
