Perez reported on it this morning, with Rachael Ray and her husband, lawyer John Cusimano, preparing to sell their posh Long Island property. Rachael and John had the home inspected in 2007, but it looks like the pros who walked through missed something important: there's potentially deadly mold growing throughout certain areas of the house.

A Rachael Ray insider has spilled: "Rachael and John were considering selling the property when the mold problem became apparent. It is such a beautiful home, but this could make it impossible for them to sell the house until the problem is solved."
