Rachel Uchitel in Talks for Playboy Shoot

When your 15 minutes of fame is nearing the 10 minute-mark, it may be time to step it up a notch. Rachel Uchitel, Tiger Woods' first publicized mistress, is well aware of her dwindling spotlight, and she is going to do something about it -- the young home-wrecker is reportedly in talks to pose for an upcoming issue of Playboy.

Uchitel, 34, was the first woman to be annointed as one of Tiger Woods' many Women-on-the-Side, after the king of golf crashed his car and let loose a whirlwhind of scandal, sex and salaciousness.

And now, according to Extra, the New York nightclub hostess is reportedly "in negotiations" to pose for Playboy. A source told Extra that Uchitel "wants a lot of money" for the shoot, which has not yet been confirmed.

While she may bare her body for the famous nudie mag, she won't be revealing any of the steamy details about her and her rendezvous with Tiger. According to CBS correspondent Lisa Bloom, the daughter of Uchitel's attorney, Gloria Allred, she reportedly struck a million-dollar deal with Tiger's people to stay zipped about their affair.
