Renee Zellweger Looks Painfully Thin

Renee Zellweger looked painfully thin when she appeared on Letterman. The actress, who piled on the pounds to win over millions of fans as the unlucky in love Bridget Jones, looked like skin and bones as she appeared on the Late Show With David Letterman.

The 40-year-old later picked up a bat to bash a Mexican piñata filled with guacamole as she talked about having opened a new Tex Mex restaurant in East Hampton. She told Letterman how she had spent the summer sipping margaritas and eating tacos at the eatery. “People say it would be fun someday to open a restaurant – so I did. I like a good taco," she said.
