Not hot enough? You be the judge.

Robert Pattinson is crazy

Girls around the world are going crazy for Robert Pattinson and his character, Edward Cullen, in the Twilight movies. But Robert worries that he's not good looking enough to play the role of the intensely beautiful vampire. What?

Can you believe it? Robert Pattinson is embarrassed to play Edward Cullen. Why? He doesn't think he's hot enough. Again, what? He believes Edward Cullen is pretty much perfect and extremely handsome, and that he is not. Millions of females are disagreeing right now as they anxiously wait for New Moon, the second movie in the Twilight saga, to be released.

Robert Pattinson has said he was embarrassed to even audition for the role and could only imagine someone like Zac Efron playing the part of Edward Cullen. Robert said, "The Edward in the book is like an enigma of everything that's perfect about a man. It's like, ‘He walked into a room and it hurts to see how beautiful he is.' It's just kind of embarrassing." Robert is embarrassed to play the role of Edward - he must know we like a modest man.

Robert expected fans of the Twilight books to reject him and said, "Twilight fans are very loyal to the book and to the author Stephanie Meyer. And I got a 100% negative reception when I got cast. I kind of expected it, though." Wait, we want to know who rejected him and how they're feeling now.

Do you like Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen or would you prefer someone like Zac Efron to play the part?

Well, before you decide, take a look at these new photos from the set of New Moon, now filiming in Italy. Not hot enough? Robert, you may need a brain scan! We happen to think that Kristen Stewart has a great job!
