Robert Pattinson: Fashion Mogul? (POLL)
Robert Pattinson, the Actor Known for His Dirty Jeans, Flannel Shirts and Unwashed Hair, Reportedly Wants to Start His Own Clothing Line
We've always thought that most celebrities who launch their own clothing lines do so with little more qualification than the rest of us, i.e. their only qualification for designing fancy clothing being that they wear it.
Now, apparently, the bar has been set even lower.
Us Weekly reports that Twilight star Robert Pattinson, he of the t-shirts/jeans/flannel button-down look, is interested in launching his own clothing line, one which would, fittingly enough, be called Rags by Rob.
The idea to fashion his own frocks came from Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz, who -- of course -- is launching his own fashion line, Abbot+Main, this fall.

"Rob and I were talking about doing clothing lines, and he found out I was doing one and was like 'I should do one,'" Lutz told Us Weekly. "He wants to do one -- he's always so hipster."
If we recall correctly, most of R-Patz's fashionable moments have come at premiere and publicity-related events, i.e. events for which a stylist was probably involved.
On the other hand, there's no denying that all the teen heartthrob would have to do is slap his name on a shirt or pair of pants, and they would likely go flying off store shelves.

As for K-Lutz, he says he's taking his fashion line very seriously, and is being hand-on with his new fashion project.
"I'm very involved in the clothing line … everything gets run through me," Lutz told Us Weekly of Abbot+Main, which will launch as a men's line this fall and add a women's line next spring. "I wanted to be more than the face of something. I wanted to be as brand-developed as my career's been. I fell into acting, and I'm very serious with it, but I want something that I can put my name on."
Like, your butt. You know, on the pocket of a pair of jeans.
Have you ever bought an article of clothing ONLY because it came from a celebrity's clothing line?
