Robert Pattinson: "I Look Like a Transvestite"

Plucked eyebrows and caked make-up.

In order to get ready for his role as the vampire Edward Cullen, Robert Pattinson needs to have some unusual things done to his body. And when it's all said and done, the actor himself finds the results a little disturbing.

In a recent interview with London's The Times, Pattinson says that after tweezings, hair jobs and hours in the make-up chair, he starts to feel a little feminine.

"You get to the point where you think, 'OK, I look like a transvestite now'," he said.

Of course, this detailed attention to his looks is exactly what seems to have gained him so much attention from women the world over. But he says it is all a "little bit harder to deal with" sometimes and that he gets "stressed out much quicker."

The actor also expressed his thoughts on the fact that a fan recently gave him a 20-page horoscope that reportedly showed she was destined to be his girlfriend.

"That was totally bizarre," he said. "I don't really believe in that stuff anyway, although I do believe in Karma because it's already bitten me on the a** so many times."

Pattinson's anticipated new movie, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, opens in theaters this Summer.
