Cruel April Fools Day Joke for Twilight Fans

Late last night, just a few hours before it was officially April Fools Day, a number of bloggers decided to play a prank on Twilight fans and reported that Robert Pattinson has walked away from the New Moon project, the much anticipated next chapter in the story of vampire Edward Cullen. Bloggers went as far as to tell audiences that Pattinson would be replaced by Zac Efron or Taylor Lautner.
Why was Robert said to be leaving? Many stories were conceived, including that he was jealous of new cast member Dakota Fanning, that he couldn't take all the fan attention and that he was butting heads with director Chris Wentz.
No need to panic Twilighters. We are here to assure you that Robert Pattinson is sticking around to bite more necks. What a relief!
