Robert Pattinson Lives It Up In Tokyo

We reported earlier this week that Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner had gone to Tokyo for a press conference to promote New Moon. What we've just learned is exactly what Rob experienced there...turns out life in Japan agrees with Robert Pattinson nicely.
First of all, hundreds of Japanese fans were awaiting Pattinson's 5:15 evening arrival at Narita airport. When first-class fans began to de-board the plane, fans started to stir, and when they spotted ball-capped Rob and his entourage, they went absolutely wild. Rob stopped to sign dozens of autographs and pose for photos, chomping on gum and smiling the whole time.
After Tuesday's press conference he was seen at Tokyo's posh L'osier French restaurant (which is a Michelin three-star -- pretty swanky, and famous for its yummy petit fours). Pattinson and New Moon director Chris Weitz enjoyed a four-hour dressed-up dinner, sipping on wine the whole time before escorts umbrellas saw that Rob made it outside dry.
By Thursday, Robert Pattinson was already far from Tokyo. We'll be keeping you up to date on his next arrival.
