Robert Pattinson, Reese Witherspoon: Flirting On Set

Uh-oh...we didn't want to hear these reports because we want Robert Pattinson to stay perfect to us. But a report's out that Pattinson's officially begun flirting with Reese Witherspoon on the set of Water for Elephants, and it sounds a little high school.

We reported last week that Robert Pattinson's Water for Elephants character will fall in love with the character of Reese Witherspoon (learn about the dynamics of their onscreen relationship here -- so interesting). But it sounds like the pair are feeling some off-camera attraction, and a crew insider calls their chemistry "magic."

The source revealed that the Pattinson-Witherspoon flirts began when Rob tried to remind Reese (who's gotten serious with Hollywood agent Jim Toth) that they'd starred together years ago: "Rob worked with Reese seven years ago on Vanity Fair," the source said. "He had a tiny part and he joked with Reese that of course she didn't remember him from their time together then."

The insider continued, "[Pattinson] went on about how [Witherspoon] is this beautiful, super-famous Academy Award winner, and Reese loved it. She was flattered and giggling while he teased. It's cute and it makes for a great movie set." Oh dear...and it doesn't stop there: "They joke a lot and Rob has her blushing and laughing all the time. He's very charming."

It's no secret that Robert Pattinson and his gaggle of mates from back home love American women... but there's one minor detail that Pattinson may be forgetting (we don't want to name names but her first name starts with Kristen and her last name starts with Stewart).
