Katy Perry's Got a Proposal Coming Her Way

Russell Brand's moving particularly fast this time. The recovering sex addict and now-sober funny man is totally in love, it seems, and some ae saying that his new take on the romantic life is pretty extreme-- he is thinking about proposing to Katy Perry!

Noel Gallagher, one of Russell Brand's mates, recently commented that he's "changed," and another source close to the British comedian said that "We've never seen him like this."

"He always has a woman on his arm, or in his bed, and hasn't been interested in monogamy," the source continued. "But this is different - we all think it won't be long before he marries Katy. I'm waiting for a call to say they are in that Little Chapel in Vegas and have run off to get married."

I wouldn't put it past him! Russell Brand is notoriously wild, and Katy Perry is pretty much that way by default now. If they get hitched, I bet it would be in Vegas, complete with crazy costumes and perhaps some props as well.

It definitely sounds like Russell could be into it, too, because he's been gushing about his relationship with Katy Perry for some time. "To be honest I haven't stopped smiling," he said. "She's a lovely girl and it's going really, really well. In fact I've never felt more settled in all my life. Katy is fantastic. I'm really happy."

Russell and Katy should probably wait for that marriage until Russell decides whether or not her can stand a life of monogamy! It's early for him still.
