A new scent named after the actress

French fashion and fragrance house Cacharel is launching a new fragrance called Scarlett in mid-July. The scent, geared towards young women between 15 and 25, was named after Scarlett Johansson and the unforgettable heroine of Gone With The Wind.

The motto for the new perfume is "romantic, fresh, and daring" and the notes include jasmine, orange blossom, honeysuckle, citruses, tea leaves, pear, white musks and sandalwood.

In the past, Cacharel has used Laetitia Casta (Promese), Kate Moss (Anais Anais), and Gisele Bundchen (Liberte) in fragrance ad campaigns.

Alas, we won't see Miss Johansson playing mannequin this time 'round. With an image of the Scarlett advertisements leaking around cyberspace, it looks like they went with a pretty young model instead.
