Sean Penn's 16-Year-Old Son Arrested At School

Marital disharmony and fathering clearly taking their toll on Sean Penn.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright have more than a messy divorce on their hands. Turns out their son Hopper Jack Penn, 16, was yanked out of school by police last week for an alleged incident whose details are pending.

Hopper Jack was at his ritzy Malibu high school when police from the L.A. County Sheriff's department reportedly stormed the school and arrested Hopper. It appears as though the violation may be drug-related, but because Hopper's a minor, details about the allegations are not being released.

It's also said that Hopper has not yet been formally charged. We imagine the arrest has shaken mom Robin Wright's world...but probably not as bad as Kate Gosselin, as America saw on her interview with Natalie Morales Monday night. Catch up on clips here.
