Shaq Attacked by Divorce

Basketball superstar Shaquille O'Neal is on the court. Divorce court, that is. The future hall-of-famer's wife, Shaunie O'Neal, has filed for divorce, and it looks like things are going to get nasty.
In the divorce papers (filed in California even though the couple lives in Florida), Va'shaundya "Shaunie" O'Neal cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Still, it looks like she's going to try and get as much out of the break-up that she can.
According to People, Shaunie O'Neal flew to California and became a resident of the state just one day before filing divorce papers. Could the fact that Cali has much more generous community property divorce provisions have anything to do with that?
Shaunie is also seeking sole custody rights to the couple's four children, Shareef age 9, Amirah age 7, Shaqir age 6, and Me'Arah age 3.
Recently, Shaq has been romantically linked to a woman named Laura Govan, the fiancee of fellow basketball player Gilbert Arenas. The two have reportedly been seeing each other for almost five years.
