One less wacky Walker on Sunday nights.

If you run around topless with Sienna Miller, you might just lose your job. That's the moral of the story for Balthazar Getty. Baltz's bad boy behavior has apparently alienated his Brothers & Sisters co-stars to the point that producers have decided not to renew him as a series regular next season.

Getty's fake brothers and sisters are close with his wife, Rosetta, and their four kids, and were miffed my his Mediterranean romps and ongoing makeout sessions with Miller. Adding insult to affair-induced injury, Getty has pulled a Lohan on set, showing up late and becoming increasingly difficult to work with.

Given the schmaltzy nature of the show, it's unlikely that Balthazar's character, Tommy, will meet an untimely demise. He'll probably be shunted off somewhere (maybe to a secluded Ojai vineyard) and return as a recurring guest star.

We can't say we're that sad to see him put out to pasture. He's no Kevin. He's not even a Justin. And he always seems so sour-faced. No one's allowed to be sour-faced around Sally Field!
