Sienna Miller Recreates Alfred Hitchcock's 'The Birds'
Sienna Miller Plays Tippi Hedren in New BBC Biopic
Sienna Miller is sinking her claws into a juicy new role -- playing Tippi Hedren in a new BBC2 biopic.
As part of playing the role, she gets to recreate Hedren's part in Alfred Hitchock's The Birds.
Hitchcock and Hedren's relationship was interesting, to say the least.

Hitchcock's obsession with Hedren is explored in the movie, as he ordered his people to "find me the girl" after seeing her in a soda commercial.
Interestingly, he cast her in The Birds and Marnie and also tried to control her, attempting to make Hedren his "sexual plaything," Daily Mail reports.
Hitchcock listened to her phone calls, told her what to wear on and off set and wanted control over who she dated.
Weird.
Hedren must have signed off on the biopic, as she invited Miller to her home at her tiger, lion and leopard sanctuary in the Mojave Desert.
Hedren shared, "It was important we met so I could explain my background and what sort of a person I am."

She added, "I didn't want her to play me as a victim. Hitchcock put me through hell, pure hell, but I got out. I was an extremely strong young woman."
Sounds like Hitchcock had some serious issues.
