Simon Cowell's Awkward 'Tonight Show' Kiss

A rare moment of affection grosses Simon (and us) out.

We all know that Simon Cowell is engaged again. What's even weirder than Simon Cowell appearing ready for commitment was his appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week. Fifty-year-old Cowell's makeup artist fiancee, Mezhgan Hussainy, showed up onstage for a little PDA...and it seems during her 30 seconds of fame that she had a hunch Simon wanted her to return to the green room. Simon Cowell is a man who needs space. So when Mezhgan Hussainy crowds into Simon's chair on The Tonight Show and leans in for an on-air kiss (which is a full-on "air kiss," because their mouths never meet), Simon tries to play cool, as though he's not threatened. Do you buy it?

Cowell says he'll get married sometime in the next ten years, and he tells Jay Leno that he thinks he's too old to have kids but would love "a lot of mes running around." He also reveals his pick for this year's American Idol. Forced kisses or not, we love Simon Cowell. Check him out.
