Steven Tyler Says He's an 'American Idol' Judge

It sounds like this is really it! Fox must have offered Steven Tyler the money he wanted because he's telling everyone he'll be a judge on the upcoming season of American Idol. Are you excited or were you hoping for someone else?

At least, we're finally getting some answers here! Well, kind of. No official statement has been released about whether or not Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has really been named a judge on American Idol. But Tyler has told a source that he is going to be a judge.

And the source told the Associated Press, "there is no reason to refute" Steven Tyler's claims. Of course, the source is anonymous, so we're not sure we can really believe them. But we do think this really might be it.
