Taylor Lautner Doesn't Want to Growl
He Feels Uncomfortable in the Spotlight
Many of us would agree that Twilight super fans are a "special" type of fan, the insatiable kind with a bend for the wacky. Taylor Lautner hit up Comic-Con yesterday with his co-stars and admitted that sometimes, he just doesn't want to growl.
While Lautner admirtted that he was feeling "a little nervous, but good," he did have a message for fans. Taylor, who is playing a werewolf in New Moon, admitted that fans are just going to have to hold on and wait to see the film (and his werewolf ways).
"[Fans] ask me to growl for them and I really don't enjoy doing that," he said. "So that's for the fans – please don't ask me to growl. Just wait for the movie."
.
Perhaps Lautner new physique is to blame for all the fan attention: he said that his transition into a bigger, badder wolfman wasn't easy. Not only was he hitting the gym, but he went to the gym, ate right, and cut out sugars to keep his role.
Shouldn't he just growl a little at the fans who kicked up a grassroots campaign to keep him in the films? Just saying!
