Taylor Swift Buys Parents a $1.4 Million Estate

Taylor Swift accomplished something I think every kid dreams of doing: buying her parents a great house and letting them enjoy the good life! The estate purchased by Taylor Swift cost $1.4 million and lies in Nashville, Tennessee, where Taylor lives part-time.

This kind of move only helps to confirm Swift's golden heart & goody-goody status, but I'm not complaining. How sweet is it of her to give her parents a special present like this? Wonderful.

The estate is 5,000 square feet and was built in the 1920s. Of course, it was recently renovated and has a few neat touches, like a huge fireplace and a blue stone terrace.

Taylor also bought herself a place in California, where she's been living when she's not spending family time in Tennessee.

"It's an incredible house," one source told Us, adding "Taylor's been visiting her parents there and she's so excited for them."

As for that place in L.A.? The source claims, "She is in L.A. so much -- and she was paying a fortune in hotel charges!"

I bet Swifty will deck out her new L.A. residence with snow globes, unicorns, teddy bears, and sparkly crap. She's so sweet and caring that I can't imagine her place not being a sequin fest and sparkle zone. I hope she didn't decorate her parents' new place, because I'm sure they'd want something more sophisticated than that!
