Who is this Toby Hemingway bloke?! Well, Hemingway co-starred with Taylor Swift in her new video, "Mine." He's a British actor who has appeared on "CSI: Miami" and the upcoming big-screen flick "Black Swan" alongside Mila Kunis and Natalie Portman.

Twenty-seven-year-old Toby Hemingway is nearly a decade older than Taylor Swift, but her classic American sweet goofiness is said to be winning his heart! Witnesses report that they've seen the pair together around Maine...although this appears to be the same spot where they film Taylor's hand-holding, marriage-proposal video for "Mine." When a New York newspaper called Swift's rep about the Hemingway rumors, the rep replied, "We don't comment on Taylor's personal life."
