Taylor Swift's Adorable Band Hero Commercial

She makes us want to play

Taylor Swift stars in the latest Risky Business-style Band Hero commercial and we obviously think it's the most adorable one yet. Who doesn't want Taylor Swift in their living room?

We think the new Band Hero game with Taylor Swift songs is going to reach a whole new audience for other games of the same style. Think of all the little girls who aren't interested in singing Beatles songs or Metallica songs. But when they hear they can sing Taylor Swift songs on Band Hero, they're going to want to play. Heck, we want to play!

Taylor is adorable in the commercial, entering the hallway Tom Cruise style, but with a silver dress and tall black boots. She then breaks into her song "Love Story" and dances around the living room until she enters the stage.

Taylor explains why she decided to participate in the Band Hero game: "Anything that encourages people to pick up an instrument and play, I’m fully behind. And, I’m really excited about Band Hero, because not only are fans getting to play my songs, but I’m actually in the game."

We didn't realize how much went behind an artist being in the game, but it actually sounds like a lot of fun. Taylor continues saying, "There are so many awesome things that go into being in Band Hero, like getting to customize my band to look like my touring band, and it's so cool for people to feel like they are experiencing one of my concerts." Now we really want to try playing to see how realistic it really is.

Taylor Swift's concerts sold out within minutes, so if you couldn't manage to snag tickets, maybe playing Band Hero would be a close second? Taylor does say, "This is one of the closest things out there to going to see me perform!"
