You'll see it in Monday's episode of The Bachelor, but the hottest story surrounding this season of the show actually happened off-camera. We've learned what happened behind closed doors...and between one of the bachelorette contestants and a show producer.

We reported on Monday that while Bachelor star Jake Pavelka is supposed to be the only man of the hour, he faced some competition with one of the show's crew. Host Chris Harrison came forward early in the week to confirm that a show producer had gotten it on with one of the contestants, and after Monday night's premiere episode aired, more details exploded.

Twenty-eight-year-old Rozlyn Papas is the blonde bomber who was engaged in an "inappropriate relationship" with a show producer, according to an ABC rep. Papas is a hair stylist, makeup artist and model (even listed on modeling databases like Model Mayhem) based in Richmond, Virginia...and now she's facing scorn from the public over what she did behind the scenes.

An old flame said about Papas, "She is a really a wonderful person who has had a tough time because of the situation [surrounding The Bachelor]," he said. However, he said, "I think she is doing great."
