'The Bounty Hunter' Leads Weekend Movie Releases
Runaway with The Runaways.
Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler are here to save your weekend. The pair's new movie, The Bounty Hunter, joins Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning's The Runaways as the most talked about new film releases for the weekend.
Real life best buds Aniston and Butler star in this week's heavy hitter, The Bounty Hunter. Milo Boyd (Butler) is having a rough go of things as a bounty hunter, but his luck appears to change when his next job places him on the trail of his ex-wife, the bail-jumping reporter Nicole Hurly (Aniston).
The old flames play a game of cat-and-mouse, only to find themselves back together and running for their lives.
If that sounds a little too rom-com for your blood, check out Repo Men. Jude Law stars as Remy, a ruthless debt collector for an organization that supplies people with mechanical organs. But when his own heart cuts out and is replaced with a new one, Remy himself becomes the hunted one. Co-stars Forest Whitaker and Alice Braga.
Also out this weekend is Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Based on the best-selling children's books, the film follows disgruntled tween Greg Heffley as he attempts to survive middle school.
In limited release this weekend is the much-anticipated The Runaways, starring Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart as Cherie Currie and Joan Jett, real-life members of the all girl, teenage rock band The Runaways from the 1970s.
