It's all coming out

Wait, what have they been showing? We all know that the Cullens are the nice vampire family in the Twilight saga. But besides their late-night baseball playing, how much of their vampire-ness have we really seen? Peter Facinelli tells us we'll be seeing much more in Eclipse.

Everyone knows Peter Facinelli as Carlisle Cullen, the father in the Cullen family. And while we all love him in the role, it's true that we haven't seen him act like a vampire all that much. But Peter is telling the Los Angeles Times, "This time around, you get to see their true vampire-ness," and that includes seeing the "dark, dangerous side" of Alice Cullen, played by Ashley Greene.

And we're pretty excited about that. Ashley tells us, "Alice gets a little edgier with each installment... It's a reminder to the audience that even though we restrain ourselves at times, we're still vampires and we're dangerous." That's probably a good thing for us to remember.

Elizabeth Reaser who plays Carlisle's wife, Esme, agrees too. She says, "It was interesting to get in touch with the vampire side of her in ways that haven't really been explored... Her family is in danger and that brings out the mama bear in her." Well, considering the Twilight books and movies are of the vampire genre, we would like to see some more vampire-action too. Don't get us wrong, we love all the evil vampire drama, but we want to see what the Cullens have up their sleeves too.

Just one more reason to get excited about Eclipse when it comes to theaters on June 30.
