Rock steady with The Hold Steady

The Hold Steady gripped onto the music scene with their 2006 release Boys and Girls in America, an emotionally raw, explosively good time rock album. The Brooklyn-based boys are back with Stay Positive, their fourth studio album, which sounds a bit more...positive.

With big, bold, musically-rich tracks like "Sequestered In Memphis," the band takes its boisterous sound to the next level. The alterna slow jam gets funked up a bit on "Lord, I'm Discouraged," but you'll get your head-pumping again with the energetic "Constructive Summer."
