Tiger Woods Ambulance Call Confirmed For Elin's Mother
Elin Nordegren's mother Barbro Holmberg needed 911.
We reported early Tuesday morning that "Tiger Woods ambulance" and "Tiger Woods hospital" were strong searches, and that it was being speculated his mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg had been rushed to a Florida hospital close to 3 a.m. Tuesday morning. We've now learned that Holmberg didn't suffer a heart attack as thought -- here's what the emergency was.
Our pals at TMZ have dug up information on Barbro Holmberg's mid-night trip to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida. Turns out she was suffering stomach pains, and was placed on "advanced life support" in the ambulance to the hospital.
Although to be placed on advanced life support for stomach pains sounds pretty drastic. No word yet on exactly what ailment she suffered, but Holmberg is now listed in stable condition.
Holmberg is a prominent politician in Sweden who flew in to Florida last Friday to comfort 29-year-old daughter Elin Nordegren in the midst of the Tiger Woods scandal. It's very possible the drama is affecting the extended family as well as Tiger's wife and children, and manifesting itself through physical health symptoms. Holmberg's hospital admission was Elin's second trip to the health center in less than two weeks, after standing by husband Tiger's side after he was admitted for a drug overdose -- not injuries or complications from alcohol -- as we reported Tuesday morning.

Also, kids, we hate to report it -- but Tiger Woods' wife has moved out.
