Tiger Woods Bullied Cops After Car Wreck
Secret public outcry over Tiger Woods car crash revealed.
This cop thing might have been a better PR cover for Tiger Woods than what came out about his raunchy personal life after his November 27 car crash after a fight with wife Elin Nordegren. A new report reveals that police around Tiger's town took a beating for the way they handled the wreck, as the public feels it was all popularity and politics. Here's a sample of 1,600 Tiger Woods-related emails that cops received.
It's the Florida Highway Patrol who are the targets of the Tiger hate mail -- check out what citizens said: "I have to ask, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING. The FHP in this incident is being bullied, and mocked by Tiger Woods. ... Shame on You FHP and get back to business." CBSNews.com reports that "Some of the messages referred to the FHP as a group of Barney Fifes: 'I've seen better work by a mall cop,' one person wrote."
The metro newspaper Orlando Sentinel did an analysis of 1,600 emails that the Florida Highway Patrol received in the wake of the Tiger Woods scandal. So not only did Tiger Woods' behavior put his family in a vulnerable situation, it put law enforcement officials in a bad spot too. Can you trust a team of authorities who charge driving under the alleged influence of Ambien and other prescriptions with a measly $164 reckless driving ticket? Sounds a little amateur...
.
What's more shocking than all this is the fact that Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are kissing in public again. Blech! You kiss your strippers with that mouth?
Somebody else who may create problems for highway patrollers is Conan O'Brien, now that his 30-city tour has been announced. Hooray!
