Tiger Woods' Hospital Drama: Ambulance Rushes for Woman in Distress
Woman placed on "advanced life support."
National news shows reported Tuesday morning that at 2:36 a.m., an ambulance was called to Tiger Woods' residence in the Isleworth neighborhood of Windermere, Florida. It's being reported that a woman was wheeled out of the house and into an ambulance, and right now buzz suggests that Elin Nordegren's mother, who flew in from Sweden last Friday, may have suffered a heart attack.
The woman was said to have been middle-aged with blonde hair and placed on "advanced life support" in the ambulance. We reported early Tuesday that Elin Nordegren's mother Barbro Holmberg was visiting Elin to comfort her in the wake of the Tiger Woods scandal -- and we imagine it's possible that the stress of the off-the-wall Tiger Woods revelations that just keep coming would stress out any mother-in-law.
According to a local Florida news station, a black Cadillac Escalade showed up at Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida (the same hospital where Tiger Woods was treated) shortly after the ambulance arrived at the medical center. The vehicle is thought to belong to Tiger Woods, as the license plate on the Escalade is said to have a similar phrase on it as the one on the vehicle that Woods wrecked on November 27.
A Health Central Hospital spokesperson would not comment on who the patient was or whether the call had come from Tiger Woods' home. They did, however, confirm that the patient was under the hospital's care.
The Tiger Woods hospital scenario is yet another sticky and unfortunate development in the scandal surrounding his car wreck and multiple affairs -- do you think he finally sees how his actions can affect others?
